Are Meadowbind kits digital or physical?

Every Meadowbind kit (Book Club Kits and Weekly Discovery Kits) is an instant digital download (PDF). There's nothing shipped and nothing to wait for; your kit is ready to print the moment you complete checkout.

How do I get my kit after I purchase?

You'll receive a download link by email immediately after checkout. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and if you still don't see it, then reach out to us at info@meadowbind.com.

Can I print my kit at home, or do I need a print shop?

Either works. Every kit is designed to print cleanly on a standard home printer, but you're welcome to take the file to a local print shop if you'd prefer a higher-quality finish.

What's included in a Book Club Kit?

Each kit includes host notes, warm-up questions, two sets of discussion questions, a few interactive games, and a keepsake notes page, everything you need for one great discussion.

Will this spoil the book for me?

The warm-up and general discussion pages are spoiler-free. Book-specific discussion questions are clearly marked and meant to be used only after everyone in your group has finished reading.

Can I print multiple copies for my book club?

Yes, your download is meant to be printed and shared with your own group.

Weekly Discovery Kits

What's included in a Weekly Discovery Kit?

Each kit explores a new theme over five days, a bit of background to read together, a curated book list, and a hands-on activity to bring the theme to life.

What age are the Weekly Discovery Kits designed for?

Ages 4–9. Younger children can follow along as you read aloud; older kids can read the pages independently.

Do I need to buy the books mentioned in the kit?

No, the book list in each kit is a starting point. We recommend a trip to your local library the week before, and it's easy to swap in whatever titles you can find.

What supplies will I need for the activities?

Each day's activity uses simple household or craft-store materials. The full supply list for the week is included in the kit itself.

Payments & Policies

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because our kits are instant digital downloads, we're not able to offer refunds once a download link has been sent. If your file is corrupted or won't open, just email us at info@meadowbind.com and we'll get you a working copy.
